Shipping & Return Policy
Welcome to SPRVILLN HQ. Here’s how we move product and handle returns.
SHIPPING
Processing Time:
We’re not Amazon (although he strive to be just as evil).
Every order is packed by actual humans, usually within 1–2 business days. During product drops or high-demand periods, please allow up to 7 days.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. We ship globally, but keep in mind customs and import fees (if applicable) are your responsibility.
Tracking Info:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or your secret lair’s firewall.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. If your package goes missing, contact the shipping provider first. Still stuck? Reach out to us and we’ll help investigate, villain-to-villain.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns:
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to cover the return shipping unless we messed up. If we did—like, sent you the wrong size, color, or an unexpected cursed relic—we’ll fix it on our dime.
To start a return, email us at henchmen@sprvilln.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges:
Wrong size? Style regret? We get it. Email us to arrange an exchange—pending availability. We’re not fast fashion, so some items may be limited-run and not replaceable.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items (e.g., limited drops, custom gear, or anything marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or exchange. Choose wisely.
